Rental FAQs

  • You can inquire about renting our space via phone, e-mail, or in person to discuss details and arrange the dates and times. Afterwards, we will send a Rental Contract for further details which will be signed by both parties. If the rental is over $250, a deposit of 50% must be secured. Rentals lower than $250 are paid in full. Payments can be made via cash, cheque, or Interac e-Transfer.

  • The minimum rental period is 2 hours. Exceptions can be made if necessary—please contact us to discuss adjustments.

  • A FOB key can be provided with a $100 deposit which gives you access to parking on P2 if necessary.

  • The Sanctuary’s purple chairs for Sunday Worship Service seat approximately 50 people. To accommodate larger events, the grey chairs can be rented for $100 (flat fee) and they can seat 80-100 people comfortably.

Feast & Fallow Cafe

Feast and Fallow is a Christian social enterprise. At the core of the historical Christian witness, is the celebration of the earth, human connection and community, and the sharing of food (communion is one such example). In recognition of this core Christian value and practice, some congregations are now choosing to focus on the role that food plays as both a humanizing and isolation reducing mechanism in our society. However, the issues around food are larger and transcend the social sphere. Take for instance how our food systems are exploited and extended in unsustainable ways. Many Christians, therefore, also share in the conviction that the Christian Church should raise its voice in advocacy for regenerative, sustainable, organic, holistic, and just food systems.
